The price posted on the website is for a single strand of pearls with the micro tufted gold filled center peice (One Necklace)  

If you want a second strand or personalized with semi-precious gem beads in the second strand, etc, then the price will differ, depending what gem stone is selected. I will also work with you if you're wanting to "call-in" a certain energy from the gem stone, as they all have different properities.
