I handle tracked shipping through Canada Post -
The arrival times can be up to 2 / 3 weeks depending where the items are being mailed to. I am currently working on non-plastic packaging. Please be patient with the arrival of your treasures. 

All sales are final. If something gets broken, the item can be mailed to me and I will fix at no cost, but mailing the item to me, tracked, is the owners responsibility. 

Reality

Keep in mind Maria is a single mother and sometimes needs to tend to her families needs, thus there can be delays in productions for the custom designed pieces. Please be aware of these circumstances and be kind. Do not be demanding for quickness, that is, unless we have agreed  for a certain date or need for an event your attening - This is to be discussed at the time of the custom design agreement.
